Taylor Chappell PT, DPT, MTC
Physical Therapist, Clinic DirectorTaylor earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020 from Texas Tech University Health Science Center. Prior to earning his DPT, he received his Bachelor’s in Health Sciences from University of Missouri.
Taylor takes special interest in orthopedics, manual therapy, and sports related injuries, and plans to work towards becoming a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.
When not in the clinic Taylor enjoys working out, cooking, reading, going on trips to the mountains, and watching live sports especially the Missouri Tigers and TTU Red Raiders.

Physical Therapist AssistantAlissa Adams earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 2025 from Tarrant County College. She takes a special interest in both orthopedics and neurological rehabilitation. Alissa is currently enrolled in a dry needling course and plans to continue her education by obtaining LSVT certification to further support patients with neurological conditions.
Outside of the clinic, Alissa enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially trying out new restaurants and exploring different types of food. She’s also passionate about fitness and can often be found at the gym or enjoying a good book.

Jared Wilkinson PT, DPT
Physical TherapistJared graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech Health Science Center in 2025. Prior to earning his doctorate, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2020.
Jared plans to take a dry needling course and to work toward earning his Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist Certification. He enjoys working with patients of all ages with musculoskeletal conditions to improve function and promote wellness.
When not working at the clinic, Jared enjoys working out, listening to audiobooks, spending time with friends/family, meal prepping, playing video games, and attending church.
