Physical Therapist, Clinic DirectorBayler Andrews earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of North Texas Health Science Center. Prior to that, Bayler obtained his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas Tech University.
Bayler specializes in knee and shoulder injuries and is most interested in treating adult orthopedics.
In his free time, Bayler enjoys playing guitar, golfing, and spending time with friends.

Physical TherapistAustin earned his Physical Therapy Degree in 2024 from The University Of Texas Medical Branch At Galveston. Prior to earning his Physical Therapy Degree, he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science in clinical health professions from The University Of Texas At Arlington.
He takes special interest in Shoulder and Spine rehabilitation.
In Austin’s spare time, he enjoys searching for new restaurants to eat at, working out, watching movies, listening to music, and spending time with friends/family. He is in search of new hobbies, now that he has time outside of school.

Physical TherapistMarissa C. Battista earned her DPT in 2024 from Baylor University. Prior to earning her DPT, she received her B.S. in Kinesiology with a Dance Science focus from Texas A&M University.
Marissa has a heavy ballet background so assisting dancers on their path to recovery is her jam. Right now, she has interest in the neck and TMJ issues. Marissa plans to pursue her dry needling certification, and likely an EIM orthopedic residency.
Marissa is happily married to her husband, Samuel. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with friends and family, serve in church, and work out. She enjoys listening to podcasts, reading books, and creating new playlists on Spotify.

Physical Therapist, Clinic DirectorJosh Benton earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT) from Baylor University. Prior to that, Josh obtained his Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Baylor University, as well.
Josh takes a special interest in sports rehab and post-op rehab. He is most interested in treating shoulder and knee athletes.
In his free time, Josh enjoys staying active playing/watching sports (preferably basketball), enjoying tasty food, and trying new things.

Physical TherapistKaycee Binder earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2023 from University of Colorado. Prior to earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy, she received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from California Baptist University.
Kaycee is dry needling and Emergency Medical Response (EMR) certified. She enjoys treating sports injuries and orthopedics and takes a special interest in manual therapy and pain science. In the coming months, she plans to join the residency program to become an Orthopedic Certified Specialist.
In her free time, Kaycee enjoys being outdoors, and can often be found riding her horses. She has competed in the sport of rodeo for many years and loves the western way of life. She also loves reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Director of Operations & MarketingCheryl Callahan joined the SporTherapy team in 2010 and has fulfilled various roles over the years to support SporTherapys’ growth and development. She currently fulfills our Director of Marketing and Operations Manager roles. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, and her Master of Business Administration Degree from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi.

Maddison earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2020 from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Prior to earning her DPT, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University.
Maddison takes a special interest in treating all orthopedic injuries, manual therapy, and sport-related injuries. She is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling and in Manual Therapy (MTC).
In her free time, Maddison enjoys being outside and spending time with her family, fishing, volleyball, hiking, and running.

Ryne has completed his certification in Trigger Point Dry Needling. He takes special interest in post op ACL and overhead athlete rehab.
In his spare time he enjoys golfing, hunting and fishing.

Taylor takes special interest in orthopedics, manual therapy, and sports related injuries, and plans to work towards becoming a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.
When not in the clinic Taylor enjoys working out, cooking, reading, going on trips to the mountains, and watching live sports especially the Missouri Tigers and TTU Red Raiders.

Physical Therapist, Chief Education DirectorAmy Clark graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center with her Masters of Physical Therapy in 2003. She then earned her Doctorate of Science (Sc.D) in Physical Therapy in 2009, which is a professional terminal doctoral degree emphasizing orthopedics, manual therapy and teaching. Amy went on to complete her fellowship training in orthopedic medicine in 2014 and then became Board Certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Although Amy loves to work with a wide variety of orthopedic clientele, she specializes in rehabilitation and biomechanical analysis for the distance runner.
Amy is from Clarksville, Texas and has a passion for running. Aside from treating injured runners, she is also the founder of Run With Endurance Coaching–training adult endurance runners and co-leads a local running group with her husband Jon, called The Herd. She has run numerous marathons and ultra-marathons (including 100 mile races in the mountains).
Lastly, Amy enjoys teaching various continuing education classes for physical therapists and mentoring student physical therapists, residents and fellows.

Physical Therapist AssistantMadisson Damstra earned her Physical Therapist Assistant Degree in 2016 from Weatherford College. Prior to earning her PTA Degree, she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Fitness Management from Lamar University in 2014.
Madisson takes special interest in post-op orthopedic patients and neurological impairments in order to assist people with regaining independence and continuing to do what they love.
In Madisson’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, being outside, raising animals, learning new skills, such as carpentry and automotive repair, and coaching youth athletes in Club Volleyball.

Carla earned her Bachelors of Science in PT in 1990 from Texas Tech University. Prior to earning her BS in PT, she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Tarleton State University.
Prior to working at SporTherapy, Carla had experience in pediatrics, adult rehab, school visits, and volunteered with a hippotherapy program. Carla has been working for SporTherapy for nearly 25 years, during which time she has served as Staff Therapist, Clinical Instructor, Clinical Manager, Clinical Manager Mentor and in community athletic outreach with a role as a high school Liaison. She currently serves as a clinical practitioner and Quality Assurance Coordinator for all locations, including Compliance Management, and is on the marketing team for all clinics. Her current clinical focus is in adult orthopedics including a geriatric emphasis.
Carla is married with two college-age daughters. In her free time, she enjoys a variety of outdoor adventure activities and is involved in her local church.

Physical TherapistAutrey earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, with a minor in Spanish, from Brigham Young University and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Washington University in St. Louis. He is bilingual and fluent in Spanish.
He has completed training in dry needling and is currently seeking certification in manual therapy. He takes special interest in restoring proper movement patterns for patients suffering from orthopedic issues, especially overhead athletics due to his background in baseball.
Autrey has a wonderful wife and three rambunctious young boys, aged 9, 6, and 2. When he’s not in the clinic, he enjoys participating in and helping coach his sons in many sports. He also plays a little softball when he gets a chance. He played baseball in high school and for one year at Southern Virginia University and is trying to steer his boys towards baseball. He is very active in his local church and completed a 2-year mission in Santiago, Chile, where he learned to speak Spanish. He enjoys attempting to build furniture and fun repairs around the house.

Physical TherapistKaylan earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018 from the University of North Texas Health Science Center. Prior to earning her DPT, she received two Bachelor of Science degrees in Kinesiology and Bible from Kansas State University and Manhattan Christian College. Then, she became Board Certified in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy in 2024.
Kaylan takes special interest in sports rehabilitation, endurance athletes, orthopedics, and manual therapy.
In Kaylan’s spare time, she enjoys running, being outdoors, playing sports, and hanging out with family and friends. She is actively involved with her running group, 817 Running, on the weekends and has participated in multiple half marathons, marathons, and ultramarathons including Boston and Palo Duro 50 miler. She also enjoys cheering on the K-State Wildcats and the Texas Rangers.

Physical Therapist, Clinic DirectorJason Fracchia earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Baylor University. Prior to that, Jason obtained his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Utah State University.
Jason specializes in return-to-sports therapy, manual therapy, dry needling, post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation, and vestibular rehab. He is most interested in treating post-op ACL and rotator cuff repair.
In his free time, Jason enjoys hanging out with his wife, Hannah, and baby, Amelia, checking out the local hiking and walking trails, powerlifting, and golfing.
